Baja SAE is a collegiate design series sponsored by SAE International. Polar Bear Racing is one of hundreds of teams that design, build and race a new off-road vehicle every year. Each car is judged in static events (design, cost and business presentation) and dynamic events (acceleration, maneuverability, suspension & traction, and a four-hour endurance race). The Polar Bear Racing team has been building Baja cars at ONU since 1996.
